# Origin of the Commemorative Sacred Amulet Creation

The creation of this commemorative sacred amulet began after the initiation of a merit-making project titled “Tor Boon, Tor Sak, Luean Yot Yok Ubosot” Project (Building Merit, Elevating Honor and Restoring the Ordination Hall). The original concept was initiated by Lawyer Arm, one of the project committee members. He observed that Pol. Gen. Torsak Sukvimol, the Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, is a righteous and principled officer, known for his integrity, strong sense of Dharma, and commitment to justice. Recognizing his character as an upright and honorable law enforcement leader, Lawyer Arm proposed the idea of creating a commemorative sacred amulet to Pol. Gen. Torsak, who agreed with the proposal.

Personally, Pol. Gen. Torsak holds the belief that if there is anyone who can truly judge human righteousness and morality, it would be Phaya Yommarat, the divine judge of karma who determines good and evil. He believes that if one has truly performed good deeds, then after death, Phaya Yom would be able to fairly judge and confirm one’s merit. He also intended for Phaya Yommarat to serve as a spiritual witness for the great merit-making ceremony of the ubosot (ordination hall) renovation.

Later, Lawyer Arm brought this intention to consult with Ajarn Luck Rachasi, a well-known astrologer. Ajarn Luck agreed that Pol. Gen. Torsak is a person of merit and suggested that a Phra Somdej sacred amulet should also be created, so devotees could worship both Phra Somdej and Phaya Yommarat together. Pol. Gen. Torsak then assigned his representative, Pol. Col. Yossawat Ngamsanga, to receive the sacred materials from Ajarn Luck. These materials included relics and sacred substances from Somdej Thongchai (Somdej Phra Maha Ratchamongkhonmuni), ancient Bang Khun Phrom amulet remnants, Navaloha sacred alloy pellets, and strands of hair from Somdej Thongchai himself. All of these sacred elements became the foundation for the creation of the commemorative amulet, with Ajarn Luck Rachasi presiding over the sacred consecration ceremony of the entire series.
