# Worship Ceremony of Thao Wessuwan (Vessavana) 

Worship Ceremony of Thao Wessuwan (Vessavana) for Blessings and Good Fortune at Wat Nam Daeng, Samut Prakan 

Thao Wessuwan is one of the Four Heavenly Kings in Buddhism and is regarded as the chief of the asura beings. He is a guardian deity who protects Buddhism and the human world, and drives away misfortune and negative influences from life. He is also a deity of good fortune with great treasures. 

On November 21, 2023, on an auspicious day, Lawyer Arm Supasit Siri organized a worship ceremony for Thao Wessuwan at Wat Nam Daeng, Samut Prakan. The ceremony was held to pay respect and offer prayers for good fortune, increased financial luck, wealth, and auspicious blessings. The ritual was conducted by a professional Brahmin team, with offerings prepared for worship, including Bai Sri trays, various types of auspicious fruits, auspicious desserts, and beverages. 

The ceremony was held privately, but some local residents from the surrounding area of the temple also came to join. as they all had faith in and respected the sacredness of Thao Wessuwan. The atmosphere was filled with devotion, along with the sincere dedication shown by Lawyer Arm and the local residents who joined the ceremony. 

After that, the ceremony concluded smoothly. Lawyer Arm paid respect to the offerings used in the ritual before distributing them to local residents around the temple, so that they could share in the merit and blessings from the ceremony.
